What should I prepare for our first meeting?
The property’s location and size, photographs of its current condition and a short description of your goals — existing plans or drawings are useful too
Where do we start if I already have a design?
We first review the available documents and the property’s condition — then identify the work needed and anything to clarify before starting
How is the cost of work calculated?
We calculate stage costs separately and provide one proposal for the agreed scope; floor area alone is not enough for an accurate quote
How is the timeline determined?
The sequence of work, material deliveries and the property’s condition shape the timeline — a schedule is agreed once the project scope is defined
